What kind of pre-employment screenings to I need to complete?
All provisionally hired candidates will be required to submit to a drug screen and background check paid for by ITS.
Do I have to be First Aid & CPR Certified?
All new employees must be first aid and CPR certified within the first 90-days of employment.
Do I need to submit an application if I submitted a resume?
Yes, only applicants that have submitted a completed application, resume, cover letter and any other supplemental materials will be considered for continuation in the hiring process.

How long will it take for me to hear back once application materials have been submitted?

Do I need to play sports or be athletic to apply?
You do not need to be athletic, only have knowledge of various sports depending on the position. For example, Program Aide's would need to have more extensive knowledge of individual sports as they will be required to scorekeep and referee games. However, an office position will not require that level of knowledge.
Do I have to be Native American to apply?

What benefits are offered?
Benefits are largely based on the available position. Full-time staff are generally offered health, dental and retirement plan (insurance coverage may vary based on contract). All Regular employees are eligible for cell phone and mileage reimbursement. Seasonal Site Supervisors are eligible for mileage reimbursement.
What are the typical hours I will be working?
The position will dictate the hours worked and will vary based on need. Office based staff will work 9am-5pm M-F. Typically, the Program Aide's will work weekdays and weekends varying from 0-20 hours per week.You should contact the Human Resource Manager for more specific details of each position.
