Executive Board of Directors

		President: Steve Lopez - Soboba Steve Lopez is a proud member of the Soboba band of Luiseño Indians and has been an active member of Inter Tribal Sports since December 14, 2016, serving as the Executive Secretary and a continuous board Member. In addition to his role with ITS, Steve serves as the Assistant Director for Soboba Parks and Recreation, where he has shown leadership in enhancing the quality of life for his community. His dedication to serving others extends beyond his professional work and into his family life.
		Vice President: Andrew Masiel - Pechanga Andrew is a Pechanga tribal member and has been their board representative for several years. He was responsible for bringing the first team from Pechanga to ITS. He has masters’ degrees in school counseling and school administration and is currently the principal at Chámmakilawish Pechanga School. Andrew has served as vice president since 2009.
		Secretary: Joseph Masiel - Pechanga Joseph is a tribal member from Pechanga. He enjoys spending time with his family. He works as the Sports Coordinator for the Pechanga Recreation center running healthy activities for his community. He has been a long standing coach for ITS and seeks to motivate athletes from other reservations through our travel basketball program.
		**Treasurer:Inez Sanchez-Pojas - La Jolla** Inez is an enrolled tribal member of La Jolla Band of Luiseño Indians. She is the Education Director for her tribe and loves working for families. Inez has been an active member of ITS for 18 years and is proud to serve as treasurer bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience.
